JOB SUMMARY
Services all client provided size checks for the company in addition to working on production level jobs (resizes, wording changes, snipes, and client dictated designs). Assists Creative Production Manager with internal production documents, internal proofing, and order uploads.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
• Size checks and pre-press proofing
• Provide correct specs to AE (Account Executive) if client provided files are not sized correctly
• Inform AE of design choices that could hinder legibility of client provided designs when posted in the market (Text too small, photo awkwardly cropped, etc.)
• Verify internal order forms match up with 3rd party print requests
• Uploading internal and external press ready designs to 3rd party print vendors • Requesting print files from AdLab designers
• Working on production level creative brief assignments
• Communication with various departments to ensure proper assets for creative briefs and production orders • Preparing files for print/digital posting
• Join brainstorms, contribute headlines, sketches, and alternate designs as available • Troubleshooting problems as they arise with the creative team and printer
• Collaboration with art directors, designers, sales, and 3rd party vendors
• Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field
• Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, secondary InDesign and Illustrator) • Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic math • Organized
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Ability to handle mulitple projects in a fast-paced enviroment
